The Nook is an online community where you can share your experiences and opinions to help shape the future of your favorite brands like BHG, Martha Stewart, REAL SIMPLE, Southern Living, The Spruce, and Magnolia Journal. As a member, you can participate in surveys, product testing trials, discussions, and polls, and even have chances to win prizes!
Once you join, we’ll send you survey invitations based on your profile and interests. These will arrive via email, and you can simply click the link to participate. You can also connect with other members through our discussion forums, which can be found under the Community tab.
You can expect to receive a survey invitation about once a month, though this may vary. You’re free to participate as often as you like!
Most surveys take about 5 to 10 minutes to complete, though some might be a bit longer. We aim to keep all surveys short, simple, and relevant.
Every survey you complete earns you an entry into our quarterly sweepstakes. For more details, including alternative entry methods, check out the Official Rules.
If you forget your password, click “Forgot my password” on the login page and enter your email. You’ll receive a link to reset your password.
To change your password or email, go to the ‘Profile’ tab at the top of the page. Enter your new information and click ‘Save.’
Your responses are kept strictly confidential and are reported only in aggregate. Your individual answers cannot be identified without your consent.
You should receive a welcome email within a few weeks of registering and should start receiving survey invitations soon after. If you’re not receiving them, check your spam folder. If the issue persists, use the ‘Contact Us’ form on our website.

Harassment, bullying, or targeted negativity will not be tolerated, and members who engage in this kind of behavior will be removed.
